We are currently hiring for our Administrative Assistant role in Frisco, Texas.
Duties and responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Facilitate new hire paperwork with contractors and responsible for all follow up
- Collect weekly timesheets from contractors and assist with any issues or corrections that need to be made
- Conduct employment verifications
- Assist and follow up with unemployment claims
- Responsible for any questions or concerns from contractors and internal recruiting staff
- Help with organizing company events and building the office culture
- Responsible for operational and administrative tasks involving onboarding internal account managers and recruiters
1-2 years customer service experience
Associate Degree (preferred)
